At Anya, we take pride in delivering premium-quality footwear crafted with care. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The shoes are unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Customized or made-to-order shoes
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at anyacharmcollection@gmail.com with:
  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
  1. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or style (subject to availability).

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
